Butter Pecan Stuffed Texas Pork Chop Video
Ken wanted a stuffed pork chop…a big one. So Patti bought one aka bone-in pork loin roast at almost 6 lbs. Now that’s a pork chop! Being this was a manly sized pork chop power tools were required. Ken used a drill to make a whole for Patti’s butter pecan stuffing. Then, a butter pecan glaze with maple syrup, butter and pecans. We used a generous amount of Cattleman’s Grill Original Cowboy Seasoning. This seasoning has coffee as an ingredient which just adds to the rich and smoky taste of the pork. Sweet, savory and delicious!
My Dad and I had a thing going for over 20 years on who had the biggest Stuffed Pork Chops. If he was still with us I would have won with this Butter Pecan Stuffed Texas Pork Chop. With power tools in the kitchen to !
