Pork Loin with Sherried Apples and Cranberries

This is one of our “Count Down To The Holidays” recipes. We always do traditional holiday recipes, but this time we wanted something a little different and still festive. The pork was juicy and tender with a cranberry apple glaze to add to the layers of flavors.  Patti made enough apple cranberry stuffing to have as a dessert, too. The sides tonight were Creamed Onions and Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes. We will post those recipes soon.
