I love bacon, never had any I didn’t like. I will admit that I have some that I didn’t like as much others… Sometimes Patti makes this for me and I put on meat and taters… You just know that your living the good life…
Easy, Simple and Good…
Ingredients: Bacon Gravy
- 6 slices of pepper bacon
- Wondra or flour
- Milk
- 1 Tbsp. dried crushed garlic
Directions: London Broil with Bacon Gravy
Cut Bacon into Small Pieces and Brown, Patti uses scissors just for cutting bacon.

Brown the bacon and remove from your skillet. Sprinkle the Wondra (flour) into the hot bacon drippings and make your roux. Add milk to thin it to the consistency you want, crumbled bacon and garlic. Serve hot.Stir In Your Bacon and Garlic

Made this again yesterday, kiddo’s. This time I roasted a garlic bulb and “smashed” a few of the cloves before adding them! Delicious! I love transforming a simple ‘White Sauce’ into something so wonderful! Thanks guys… keep up the good work. Hugs. P.S… Black Pepper Bacon works great with your recipe!
