Honey Sriracha Chicken Skewers have the perfect touch of heat. Using our Bull Racks we can make lots at one time which are good because they get gobbled up really fast. Just a few glaze ingredients and you have quick and easy snacks seasoned just right on your Green Mountain Grill/Smoker. These are great for home, tailgating, parities and camping.
We have always loved creating AWESOME and hearty camp meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner that will be remembered for years. This is another one of those. Our Honey Sriracha Chicken Skewers is super easy to do on our Bull Racks on the Green Mountain Grill and they have that “Kiss of Smoke” from Pacific Pellets Smoked Gourmet Blend pellets. With hunting and football season just around the corner I thought I would share this one. Don’t tell your buddies how easy this is to do, and be sure you have them do the dishes (and buy the beer).

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes @ 375 degrees (190c)
Grill: Green Mountain Wood Pellet Grill
Pellets: Pacific Pellet Gourmet BBQ Pellet Gourmet Blend
Ingredients: Honey Sriracha Chicken Skewers
- 15 Chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup bottled Sriracha sauce
- 1 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- Green Mountain Grills Roasted Garlic & Chipotle Rub, to taste
- 15 skewers soaked in water for 15 minutes
