I have been wanting to smoke another roast so Patti got this one for me. Thinking I would do a Cocoa Chile rub with a garlic pepper crust. I picked up some of Louisiana Grill’s “Tennessee Whiskey Barrel”wood pellets to try out. Zero added alcohol, tons of added flavor. About 5 hours in the smoke and we are ready to eat
