BBQ Chicken Halves
This was a test cook for doing both chicken and ribs on the same grill together.
I am doing this at the Temecula and Murrieta Farmers Markets on the weekends now.

As I was cooking my bird to 180 they were eating and all the moans and mums and how good it was while I was waiting…
Anyway 30 minutes @225 in the Pecan smoke an hour at 325 for a temp of 180.
