Review Jalapeno Popper Rack, the folks over at Earthworks Supply (Bull Racks) sent one of their new Jalapeno Popper Racks for us to try out. It sure makes doing a batch of poppers easy, no need for turning as the peppers are set upright and brown evenly.
Easy clean up, just pop it into the dishwasher. You need to check these out. We only did 15 big poppers but I think you can do 20 “BIG” ones easily. Maybe 48 if you use smaller peppers, but we used the biggest ones we could find.
