Pepper Mustard Grilling Sauce
Pepper Mustard Grilling Sauce adds a layer of flavor to ribs, pork butt and beef. And it helps hold your seasoning on for BBQ or smoking and it can double as an serving sauce.
We love beef. Tri tip is a very tender cut of beef and full of rich beefy flavor, but to give it a little more zest Patti made a special Pepper Mustard Grilling Sauce, that also works well as a sauce when serving.
This sauce will also be the perfect base for macaroni and/or potato salad. For the salads we’ll just add a little mayo for tons of flavor in just a little time. We plan to keep a jar of this sauce on hand for green salad dressing, too.
Pepper Mustard Grilling Sauce
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients: Pepper Mustard Coating/Sauce
- 2 cups Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon horseradish
- 1 Tablespoon fresh black pepper, coarse grind
- 1 Tablespoon Louisiana Grills Cajun BBQ Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons dried minced garlic
Directions: Pepper Mustard Coating/Sauce
Whisk all ingredients together and chill for at least 1 hour.
Brush on any meat as a grilling sauce or heat and serve on the side.
